Exam Schedule
Operators who are interested in writing the ertification exams may request application

Applications for Certification are currently available to download from the following site:

Once your completed application has been received and accepted, you will
be advised of the exact time and location of the exam approximately 3 weeks prior to the scheduled date. Operators whose applications are denied will also receive written confirmation.Certification exams are available for
those operators who wish to:

Become certified for the first time.

Upgrade Restricted or Conditional Certificates to
Unrestricted Certificates
-
Upgrade (or add categories) to a Certificate.

Keep a Certificate (or category) active (must be done within renewal period).
NOTE:
-
Examinees may write up to FOUR categories at one time in
Level I (although this is not recommended).

Examinees may write up to TWO categories at one time in
Level II
-
It is NOT possible to write exams in more than one level.

Applications received after the deadlines indicated above, WILL NOT,
for any reason, be accepted

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INDIVIDUAL WHO IS APPLYING FOR
CERTIFICATION TO ENSURE THAT HIS/HER COMPLETE APPLICATION
IS RECEIVED
BEFORE THE DEADLINE. This allows time for application packages to be
prepared for and reviewed by the Certification Advisory Committee.
- ANY MANDATORY / ENTRY LEVEL TRAINING COURSES must be completed by the TRAINING COMPLETION DEADLINE

Copies of transcripts or diplomas/degrees as well as other RELEVANT
information must be submitted as part of the application package.

INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE REJECTED AND RETURNED TO THE
APPLICANT.

Applicants are encouraged to use the checklist that is provided with each application to ensure that all information and documentation is completed.
