Equipment, product or service suppliers are invited to provide displays for the approximately 500+ operators and superintendents that attend this seminar. Spaces available for displays are shown on the attached floor plans with a price list included.

For a view of the upper and lower floor plans and where each supplier is located please click here. When you are on the map and as you move your cursor across each booth you can see the booth number in the bottom left hand corner of your browser, click on the booth for the supplier that holds it.

The booths will be sold On-line only beginning DETAILS TO BE POSTED ONCE AVAILABLE. Booths are sold on FIRST COME - FIRST SERVED basis. Payment with VISA or MasterCard only

Refund Policy:

After payment has been received, and up to 4 weeks (Feb. 5/11) prior to the Seminar, the booth fee less $100 will be refunded. Less than 4 weeks prior notice, NO REFUND will be granted.

Further information:

Names of company booth representatives must be submitted by January 2011. Please note that each booth fee includes up to two reps after which a fee of $100. per person will apply.

2011 BANFF OPERATORS SEMINAR DISPLAY INFORMATION

The Alberta Water & Wastewater Operators Association is pleased to invite your participation in the 2011 Banff Operators’ Seminar, March 14-18, 2011 at the Banff Park Lodge (BPL). The trade show portion of the Seminar runs on Monday March 14 and Tuesday March 15, 2011. Please review the attached information sheets for the display schedule, booth prices and a map of the Banff Park Lodge booth arrangement.

The AWWOA is using an ON-LINE booking system found on the AWWOA web site at www.awwoa.ab.caFull, explicit instructions (also included below) and access to the floor layout will be made available at least two weeks prior to the sale.
