DOES YOUR CERTIFICATE HAVE A BLUE STICKER INDICATING VALID TO 2010?

REMEMBER

Depending on your Level of Certification you will need to complete
a minimum of 3.6 CEUs (0.6 for Small Systems) of Approved Training
Prior to December 31st
The CEUs must be completed in the renewal period:
(January 01, 2008 – December 31, 2010)

Renewal notices will be mailed out to all affected operators ONLY in early August.
